Côtes du Rhône Lunar Apogé, Domaine des Carabiniers - Notes of red berries, blackberry, spices, and liquorice with subtle tannins. Picked by moonlight for freshness and produced with a low intervention approach using wild yeasts, which also means fewer sulphites.

Côtes du Rhône ‘ sans sulphites, Domaine des Carabiniers - A classic Rhone blend of Syrah and Grenache that is full of red berry fruit flavours alongside cherries, spices, liquorice and subtle hints of violet. Created with minimal intervention, using wild yeasts and minimal filtration, the grapes are picked by the light of the moon to achieve maximum freshness. Truly delicious.

Fábula de Paniza, Cariñena DOP - The hilly slopes around the village of Cariñena are the original homeland (and namesake) of this delightful grape which is perhaps better known by the name of Carignan. The Paniza vineyards, with their stony and slate soils, altitude more than 700 meters above sea level, and decades-old vines, create this wine's unique flavour profile. Expect wild strawberry, blackberry, spices, wild herbs and vanilla on the palette.

Garnacha Blanca, Fábula de Paniza, Cariñena DOP - Herby, citrus flavours balance stone fruits, sour pears and white flowers making Fabula a lovely expression of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Chardonnay and White Grenache grapes. Sourced from the hilly slopes of the Iberian Mountains of Aragon.

Framingham Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough - Everything you would want from a premium NZ Sauvignon Blanc and more. Think apple, passion fruit, citrussy grapefruit, bitter lemon and flint. Fruit from a number of sites and soil types is combined for complexity and texture.

Mine - Gavi DOCG - A dry Piedmontese white which comes from 11 sustainable vineyard plots with a range of marly, calcareous and clayey soils and a variety of microclimates. It was born from a courageous woman, who wanted to create a one-of-a-kind wine - an ambitious project that encompasses all the characteristics of the region. Notes of citrus, apricot, melon and mandarin with the freshness of lime, herbs and hawthorn.

Méditerranée Rosé, Vin de Pays du Vaucluse - Expect wild berries, strawberries, petal aromas and salinity from this light and delicate rosé wine. Made from the vineyards surrounding the medieval village of Sérignan-du-Comtat close to the Rhône river, it is a classic Rhone blend of Grenache and Syrah with a touch of the Mediterranean sea air.

Monastrell Rosado, Famalia Castaño, Yecla DO - A rosé made from 100% Monastrell grown in Castaño’s family vineyards situated in the North of Yecla at 750m above sea level, meaning the grapes retain a beautiful freshness. A great summer wine but with a little more oomph than South of France pink wines, making it a fine bottle year round. Tastes like red apple, strawberry and red grape.

Pinot Noir Reserva, Zapallares, San Antonio - The undulating hills of the Chile's San Antonio Valley - cooled by maritime influences and morning mists – gives this noble grape a distinctive smoky, meatiness. Juicy, easy drinking and with just a touch of oak, elegant tannins and a sophisticated finish. Flavour profile of cherry, raspberry and savoury smokiness.

Barbera d'Alba Superiore DOC, Tenuta Baràc, Alba - Intense red and dark fruits, plums and cherries abound with a hint of vanilla and clove spice. 12 months in large oak barrels create a warm and satisfying mouthfeel. Biodiversity and sustainable farming is central to the production and this wine was produced with zero herbicides, pesticides or chemicals.
