Stained Glass Windows in Churches
We have supplied and restored many stained glass windows in churches and we are also very experienced in restoring ancient religious and secular stained glass. Contemporary visions can also be used to produce powerful and provocative stained glass images. The use of hand-blown sheet glass with its many reams and indentations can produce a rich vibrant effect. We are able to source, research and create designs to match an existing window. In addition to traditional and ancient windows, we also repair and restore modern stained glass windows.

Handmade Glass Roundels Produced in Our Glass Studio
We work very closely with our glassblowing studio, where our handmade stained glass roundels are produced for use in our glass windows. In our main shop opposite the Roman Baths, we have a great example of a roundel window on public display.
Roundels were one of the first types of stained glass used in windows. The glass is blown and made into a big, flat circle and then cooled before being cut into small pieces and glazed with lead. The middle of the roundel is known as the bullseye. Today a lot of people want the bullseye in their stained glass as proof of their authenticity and handmade nature.
