We aim to complete all UK orders within 6 working weeks however, in exceptional circumstances, this can take longer if we do not receive the ashes within this period or you are ordering a large number of different items.
International orders may take longer due to longer shipping times.

Once you have selected your preferred engraving choice from the drop down menu, you will be required to specify the exact engraving details (text, colour, font, size & location) during the checkout process.
Signet & Twisted Rings are engraved by our associate Goldsmith, and require a personalised quote. Please contact us for details.
Due to the small size of the Charm Beads, we do not currently offer them with engraving.
Preparation of Ashes:
We require 1 x level teaspoon of ashes for each Memorial Glass piece created (slightly less for jewellery). We will return any unused ashes with the completed piece.
Please Note: We are not able to return loose ashes with International Orders therefore we suggest you send us a minimal amount to create your piece(s).
We only accept ashes with our Memorial Pack service. Please wait patiently for us to send you our Memorial Pack after your order. Place the ashes into the grip seal bag provided in the pack. Ensure the bag is tightly sealed and clearly marked with your Name and Order Number.
Courier Collection Service:
By popular demand, we provide a Courier Collection Service to transport your ashes to us. If you decide to use this service, please call us on 01225 428146 to arrange a date & time for collection. If you call in the morning, collection can often be arranged for the same afternoon.
If you are ordering multiple pieces of Memorial Glass, please ensure that only 1 courier collection service is added to your order. (Bath Aqua Glass is not responsible for any ashes that are lost in transit).
Sending Your Ashes With Our Memorial Pack:
Address the ashes to Judith Devereux, Bath Aqua Glass, 105-107 Walcot Street, Bath, BA1 5BW (You must check with your chosen delivery service that they accept ashes for transit, and that full postage is paid - Bath Aqua Glass is not responsible for any ashes that are lost in transit).
We shall notify you as soon as we receive your ashes.
PLEASE NOTE: We require you to send back the confirmation slip we send you with your memorial pack, signed and dated that you have understood our terms and conditions. We cannot process any orders further without this.
