Hand made in the wonderful glass blowing factory in the centre of Bath. This paperweight is made by the glass-blower taking a gather (glob of glass is the trade name) of glass. The glass blower then rolls the molten glob into colour which is laid out on a metal top which is called a marver, He then re-heats the glass and twists it with his sheers to create a swirl.. Each paperweight is signed Bath and the year it is made 2020. Our paperweights are extremely collectable.

Just 10 minutes from The Roman Baths our studio is placed in a wonderful street full of enchanting mostly independent shops. The street is in the area known as Walcot, in fact, it is Walcot street. For centuries the artisans have traded here. You can come to our studio and watch our master glassblowers create our dazzling wares for free.
