I ordered this stunning pendant at very short notice as a Birthday present
Annette went out of her way to make the item available. Communication was excellent & in order to make sure it arrived in time, she arranged for it to be hand delivered.
I was very impressed by the understanding shown & Annette’s willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ to try to ensure the pendants availability & prompt delivery.
Although the pendant is slightly longer than I
anticipated, it is very beautiful, very delicate & unusual. There is a good range of colours for the stone & a choice of chain lengths.
I would definitely recommend Bath Aqua for the quality of its wide variety of its products & for the excellent customer service, courtesy & user friendly website. Thank you for your help - it was very much appreciated.

After visiting the store in August, I regretted not purchasing this necklace. Recently I decided to treat myself, as well, 2020! It arrived at the weekend and is beautiful. I love the shape and colour of the glass! Thank you.
