Your service was excellent! I had a chance to visit your beautiful shop in July on my trip to England. I bought the Trail Vase, but unfortunately left it in the airport when flying home from England to Canada. I was thrilled to find out that I could order the vase on line and that you would ship it to me. It is such a delicate object and I received it in perfect condition!!!! Your packaging was outstanding!!!!!! Thank you. I had such a wonderful time in Bath when I look at the vase it brings back all the happy memories.
