The memorial glass heart pendant comes complete with a 16" sterling silver chain and giftboxed.
Approx 3cm wide by 4cm long including chain loop.
Each piece is individually handmade so size, shape and colour my vary slightly.
Please read instructions below before placing your order:
All of our memorial glass products are handmade to order in our Bath studio by our highly skilled glassmakers. We can creatively encapsulate a small amount of cremation ashes into molten glass to create beautiful and unique memorial glass products.
If you choose to place an order online simply follow the steps below:
* Choose the item(s) you would like to order including colour option and 'add to basket'. If you would like the piece engraved select the engraving box.
* Follow the online checkout as normal (if you have chosen to have your piece engraved you will be asked for the details during checkout)
* One you complete your order you will receive an email order confirmation. Please check this is correct and then place a teaspoon of ashes per item into a suitable small sealtop bag or small container e.g. camera film pot, or used vitamin container etc. Please ensure this is tightly sealed and clearly labeled with your name and order number shown on your confirmation. (If you would like us to provide a suitable sealed bag please make sure you have selected the box and we will send you one.)
* Please post this to: Judith Devereux, Bath Aqua Glass, 105-107 Walcot Street, Bath, BA1 5BW
(we reccomend to our customers to use recorded delivery within the UK)
* Once we receive the ashes we will email or call you to let you know they have arrived safely and to give you an expected delivery date. Please note all our pieces are handmade to order and delivery time will depend on the colour chosen but we aim for all orders to be complete within 6 weeks)
* Once your order is complete we will post your items to you by recorded delivery (within UK overseas orders will be by standard delivery), we also return to you any unused ashes and if applicable, any glass fragments from the making process that contain ashes. We will email or call to let you know your order is on it way and to expect it in the post (it will need to be signed for on delivery)
