Her parents were married there and you can view the marriage lines. Her father the Rev Austen is buried their, you can view his grave from the street. You need to enter the church and ask the lovely ladies to show you the marriage lines. Jane Austen mentions this church in Northanger Abbey. Stroll up from the side of the Abbey with the Rebbecca fountain, bear right passed the Guildhall, along passed the podium, the Hilton and you can ponder all the indenpent shops in Walcot Street. You can stop off for a coffee at Ethos and watch our Glass-blowing in The Bath Aqua Theatre of Glass on the left. The stay on the left hand side and St Swthuns church is at the end of the road.,
