These cremation ash Charm Beads are lovingly created in our Walcot Street studio in Bath and every piece of Bath Aqua Glass ash jewellery is handmade with sensitivity. Our Glass charm beads are entirely handcrafted without using a mould, so the bead size can vary slightly.These beautiful memorial ash charm beads are mounted on a sterling silver middle finding and will fit on most bracelets including the Pandora style . As you may see in the product photos, the reaction between ashes and glass can vary, meaning each piece will be unique. Some will have a small number of mini air bubbles, and some may not.

The bead is made by melting coloured glass rods in a hot gas torch flame, slowly working them around a small metal rod. The memorial ashes are then picked up and carefully encased in a second layer of clear glass. Once the glass charm bead has cooled it will be fitted with the sterling silver ring insert.

Please allow approximately six weeks for us to complete your Memorial Glass.*

*Please note, Signet Rings and Twisted Rings may take longer than 6 weeks. If you are ordering multiple items of different colours and styles, please be aware it is likely to take longer than our estimated six weeks to complete your order.  

Delivery Time:

We aim to complete all UK orders within approximately 6 working weeks from the date we receive the ashes. However, this may take longer if you are ordering a large number of different items.

Please note, our Signet Rings and Twisted Rings may take longer than the designated 6 weeks.

International orders may take longer due to longer shipping times.

Engraving:

Once you have selected your preferred engraving choice from the drop down menu, you will be required to specify the exact engraving details (text, colour, font, size & location) during the checkout process.

Signet & Twisted Rings are engraved by our associate Goldsmith, and require a personalised quote.  Please contact us for details.

Due to the small size of the Charm Beads, we do not currently offer them with engraving.

Preparation of Ashes:

If you have multiple sets of ashes and would like to order multiple items, we request separate orders are placed to ensure there is no confusion. We ask that each set of ashes is clearly marked with the correct order number.

We require 1 x level teaspoon of ashes for each Memorial Glass piece created (slightly less for jewellery). We will return any unused ashes with the completed piece.

Please Note: We are not able to return loose ashes with International Orders therefore we suggest you send us a minimal amount to create your piece(s).

We only accept ashes with our Memorial Pack service. Please wait patiently for us to send you our Memorial Pack after your order. Please note, we will always send Memorial Packs to the billing address on orders placed online that have a different shipping address. Place the ashes into the grip seal bag provided in the pack.  Ensure the bag is tightly sealed and clearly marked with your Name and Order Number.

Sending Your Ashes With Our Memorial Pack:

Address the ashes to Judith Devereux, Bath Aqua Glass, 105-107 Walcot Street, Bath, BA1 5BW (You must check with your chosen delivery service that they accept ashes for transit, and that full postage is paid - Bath Aqua Glass is not responsible for any ashes that are lost in transit).

We shall notify you as soon as we receive your ashes.

PLEASE NOTE: We require you to send back the confirmation slip we send you with your memorial pack, signed and dated that you have understood our terms and conditions. We cannot process any orders further without this.
